1. Start at the top: point to your head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, chin. 2. Move down: shoulders, arms, elbows, wrists, hands, fingers. 3. Keep going: tummy, hips, legs, knees, ankles, feet, toes. 4. Now play 'Simon Says' with body parts: Simon says touch your elbow! Simon says wiggle your toes! 5. Mix in silly ones: Simon says touch your ear with your knee!
