1. Pick a song your little one loves. Turn it up. 2. Start dancing yourself — be silly, be dramatic, spin around. 3. Try following each other: "Copy my move! Now I'll copy yours!" 4. Freeze when the music stops. Start again when it plays. 5. End with a slow song and sway together for a cool-down.
