Calm Down Breath
Practice breathing in for four counts, holding for four, and out for four — like blowing out a candle.

1. Sit cross-legged on the floor facing each other. 2. "Let's pretend we're blowing out birthday candles. First, breathe in through your nose: 1, 2, 3, 4." 3. "Hold it: 1, 2, 3, 4." 4. "Now blow out the candle slowly: 1, 2, 3, 4." 5. Do it three times together. "This is your calm-down superpower. Use it anytime you feel upset or frustrated."
