Cool Down

On a hot day, notice how your body feels and find ways to cool off

1. On a warm day, step outside together. Ask: "How does your body feel? Are you sweating?" 2. Point out signs of heat — sweat, flushed cheeks, wanting water. "Your body is telling you it's hot!" 3. Ask: "What can we do to cool down?" Let them brainstorm — shade, water, going inside. 4. Try their idea together and talk about how it feels different.
