- small pitcher or water bottle
1. Set out a small pitcher or water bottle and a cup at the table. 2. Show your little one how to pour slowly — "Tip it gently until you see the water reach the line." 3. Let them pour. Spills happen — lay a towel down first if you want. 4. While they drink, talk about why water is important: "Water helps your body run, just like gas helps a car go." 5. Make a fun goal together: "Let's drink three cups of water before dinner tonight!"
