Category: Math & Science · Duration: ~7 min

- vinegar
- cup
- food coloring (optional)
1. Put a spoonful of baking soda in a cup. 2. Add a drop of food coloring if you have it (makes it more fun). 3. Let your little one pour in a splash of vinegar. 4. "WHOA!" Watch it fizz up. Ask: "What happened?!" 5. Explain simply: "When these two things mix, they make a gas — bubbles of air that go crazy trying to escape."
