1. Stand at a mirror together. Look closely at your eyes. 2. "See the colored part? That's your iris. What color is yours?" 3. "The black circle in the middle is your pupil. It lets light into your eye." 4. Cover one eye and then uncover it — watch the pupil change size in the mirror. 5. Talk about glasses: "Some people wear glasses because their eyes need a little help seeing clearly. Like how binoculars help us see far away."
