Heartbeat Hunt

Find your heartbeat and listen to how it speeds up when you move.

1. Put your hand on your chest. Can you feel the thump-thump? That's your heart! 2. Help your little one find theirs — press gently on the left side of their chest. 3. Count the beats together for ten seconds. 4. Now do ten jumping jacks. Find the heartbeat again — it's faster! 5. Talk about how the heart pumps blood all around the body, bringing food and air to every part.
