Draw a simple family tree together — start with your little one and add parents, grandparents, and siblings.

Materials

• crayons

1. Draw a big tree on paper with branches. 2. At the bottom, draw your little one. "This is you!" 3. Add parents on the branches above. Then grandparents above that. 4. Add siblings on the same level. Add aunts, uncles, and cousins on side branches. 5. Point to each person: "This is Grandma Rosa. She's Mommy's mom!" Tell a quick story about each one.
