Look at emoji faces together and name what feeling each one shows.

1. Open the emoji keyboard on your phone and show the face emojis. 2. Point to each one: "This one is laughing. This one is crying. This one is angry." 3. Ask your little one: "Which face matches how you feel right now?" 4. Make the faces together — try to look as happy, sad, or surprised as the emoji. 5. Pick a few and make up a tiny story about why the emoji feels that way.
