Talk Like a Teammate

Practice saying 'we' instead of 'I' when working on something with another person.

1. Build something together — a block tower, a puzzle, a drawing. 2. As you work, model team language: "WE are building a tall tower. What should WE do next?" 3. If they say "I want to put this here," gently reframe: "Great idea! Let's put it there together." 4. Talk about it after: "When we work as a team, we say 'we' because we're doing it together." 5. Practice: "We did it! We built that together!"
