Know Your Body
Point to and name ten body parts, then talk about how to keep each one healthy.

1. Play a pointing game: "Touch your head! Touch your knees! Touch your elbows!" 2. Go through ten body parts: head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, arms, hands, legs, feet, tummy. 3. For each one, ask: "How do we take care of this?" Eyes — don't look at bright lights. Teeth — brush them. 4. Talk about how eating well, sleeping, and playing help our whole body. 5. End with a stretch: reach up high, touch your toes. "Your body is amazing!"
