For each rule, think of an example: "When Jake shared his truck, that was being a good friend." 4. Ask: "Can you think of a time YOU were a good friend?" Celebrate it. 5. Ask: "What's NOT being a good friend?" Hitting, name-calling, never sharing. Name it clearly.
