Drink Up!
Practice pouring water into a cup and talk about why our bodies need water every day.

Materials
- cup
- small pitcher or water bottle
1. Set out a cup and a small pitcher of water at the table. 2. Show your little one how to hold the pitcher with two hands and pour slowly. 3. Let them try — spills are fine! That's why we practice. 4. While they drink, ask: "Why do you think our bodies need water?" Talk about how water helps us run, think, and grow. 5. Make it a habit: "Every morning after breakfast, you get to pour your own water."
