Brainstorm together: put a toy back for a sibling, draw a picture and leave it on someone's pillow, pick up something that fell. 3. Do the secret kindness together. The key rule: don't announce it. 4. Afterward, ask, "How did it feel to do something nice just because?" Let them sit with that warm feeling.
