Don't Look at the Sun

Materials
- hat or sunglasses
1. On a sunny day, step outside together. 2. Ask: "Where is the sun?" When they point up, say: "The sun is so bright it can hurt our eyes. We never look right at it." 3. Show them how to use their hand as a visor. Put on a hat or sunglasses. 4. Play a game: find three shady spots in the yard or on your walk. 5. Wrap up: "Shade, hats, and sunglasses are our sun tools!"
